Zuid-Holland the unhealthiest province of the Netherlands? We want to do something about that! Join us on Tuesday, April 8th at the conference 'Action in the Delta' in Delft. Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Universities, ZHIA, and Medical Delta are joining forces to organize this joint (work) conference.
The health disparities in Zuid-Holland are large. At the same time, Zuid-Holland has all the ingredients to successfully develop and rapidly implement sustainable health solutions from the regional health and innovation ecosystem.
It’s time for action! Existing partnerships will share their knowledge and expertise on innovation and health on April 8th. Researchers, innovators, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and policy makers will work in short sessions on seven health themes. The results will be used in follow-up actions to make the delta region sustainably healthier.

Afterwards, we will introduce a new generation of Medical Delta professors and lecturers.
The work conference 'Action in the Delta' is organized by Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Universities, the collaboration of South Holland’s universities of applied sciences ZHIA, and Medical Delta. Additionally, the province of Zuid-Holland, Convergence, Delft Health Initiative, InnovationQuarter, and Leiden Bio Science Park are involved in the content.
