Results 2019-2024 program: 'eHealth & self-management'

Tuesday, November 12, 2024
With seventeen new programs and eight new living labs, the Medical Delta programming for 2024-2028 officially started last month. Many scientific programs and living labs from the 2019-2024 programming will continue. At the same time, it presents a great opportunity to reflect on the results that have been achieved so far.

"Technological solutions for sustainable healthcare" was the promise of our scientific program for 2019-2024. The programs and living labs established during this period focus on several key themes.

More control over your own health

One of the themes in the 2019-2024 programming is 'eHealth & self-management.' The goal of the programs within this theme is to give people more control over their own health, even in their home environment.

The Medical Delta program 'e-Health & Selfmanagement for a Healthy Society' provides a comprehensive guide for professionals who develop, adapt, evaluate, and implement e-health interventions aimed at individuals with a low socioeconomic status.

A population that is physically, mentally, and socially more vital and healthy; from young to old. This is the goal of the program Vital Delta: Medical Delta’s Journey Towards Vitality and Health.

The program Healthy Society in Medical Delta: Lifestyle & Prevention aims to develop, evaluate, and implement people-centered, personalized, and digital health solutions to optimize health and well-being, while reducing health disparities.

Curious about an overview of the results? You can find them summarized in factsheets on this page.
